Welcome to the Self-Discovery 101 course. I am an expert in Jungian Personality Psychology and Positive Psychology. I use my insights on personality types to help people better understand themselves and others. Iโm most known for my groundbreaking research on subtypes and variations within the 16 personalities, I have dedicated my career to helping people uncover their true selves and live more authentic lives.

Course Prerequisites: None. This course is suitable for beginners, as well as those already familiar with personality psychology.
